The Paleo Diet
For those who believe that all our advances in food processing science and nutrition are actually doing more harm than good the Paleo Diet is the perfect answer to your question. The Paleo Diet was created by the family physician Dr. Ben Balzer and it operates under the theory that man was not meant to consume processed cereals and foodstuffs of today's supermarket. Instead you should refocus your culinary efforts towards food enjoyed by our primitive ancestors. By referring strictly to the selection of food that comes straight from nature Balzer mean many common food-related illnesses can be completely eliminated.

To follow the Paleo Diet just remove all these from your list of edibles: corn beans potatoes dairy products sugar and salt added. Instead of these things only use meat fish chicken eggs vegetables fruits nuts (but not peanuts or cashews) and berries.
